Don’t cop out and say you don’t have any strengths. Of course you do! You can use the strong points in your personality to support you as you make yourself into a better person. Make a list of the things you like about yourself and post it somewhere you can see it. It isn’t arrogant or narcissistic; it’s actually a great tool to use whenever you’re feeling down on yourself.
